TRAINING PROGRAM

Level 1 1- Probatory Level
Time: 13 months (1 monthly meeting)

This level cover the basic practices and aspects of the Dianic Nemorensis Tradition. Using discussion, meditations, contemplations, trance and ritual we will experience diverse aspects of the Tradition, resulting in the estabelishment of the spiritual and devocional Nemorensis practice.

Level 2- Initiatic (24 months- periodic meetings determined by the Grove calendar and advancement of each Initiate)
 

This level of Training is reached only by people that have passed their probatory period and completed all Basic Program of Training in the Dianic Nemorensis. Unlike the previous Training, this level has a regular base of instruction determined by the Grove calendar of the Grove and advancement of each Initiate. This level of the training cover mainly the secret aspects of Dianic Nemorensis Tradition icluding our body of Esbats and Sabbats and our rites of Mysteries. During this phase, the advancement of the Initiate is determined by the fulfillment of goals that allow reach the First, Second, Third and Fourth Passage. These rites mark the advancement of the Initiate into the Tradition.

Level 3- Formation of Elder (The duration of this level will be determined by individual advancement of each Initiate)

At this level the Initiate complete the Total Training into Dianic Nemorensis Tradition and reach the Fifth Passage and by the Major Passage, that mark the advancement and the introduction into the way of Elder. At this stage, the Initiate can conduct Initiation Rituals and found her/his own Circle, Coven and/or Grove.

Participate the Dianic Nemorensis Tradition means that you read and agree with our Training Policies.

How can I do to join the Dianic Nemorensis Tradition?
The introduction process to join our Tradition is limited. However, we are always open to hear persons that are sincere in their purpose to join our Tradition and that would like to be evaluated for the ingression in our spiritual path. You are welcome to write and send your application formulary. So, we will evaluate the possibility to you participate in our Training Program.

What are the requirements to be trained in the Grove?
Prior experiences and theoretical knowledge about Witchcraft are taken in account to agree with your Training. Dedicants that have passed the Probatory period and completed all Training Program in the Tradition will be evaluated for Initiation and will be able to continue their training and will be accepted aseffective members of the Grove Spiral of Creation. The Training in the Dianic Nemorensis Tradition is not guarantee of Initiation in no way, but is a basic requirement for consideration of people that contemplate Initiation. We are a Dianic Traditon, centered mainly into the celebration of the Sacred Feminine, we work with rites and ceremonies that contemplate the ritualistic body of Tradition Wiccal supplemented by original practices, inspired in Shamanistic and celtic symbolis and in diverse European Witchcraft Traditions. Everyone that want send their name for appreciation to Training in Dianic Nemorensis Tradition should acquire our Postulante Primer and agree fully with our directives and internal politics. When approved, the postulant will be called for an interview of evaluation and a participation in one of our open rituals can be required for more integration. A basic literature should be read for all of our postulants enter our Training Program.

What does consists the Training and what is its structure?
Each part of the program of training incorporates stuff for you learn and use as reference, with practical and theoretical knowledge and exercises to help you develop your psychic abilities in the Witchcraft, magical techniques and practical projects for make possible the awake of your magical abilities into the structure of our Tradition. The format and structure of our Training work through interaction between instructor and student, while s/he advances.

Is my sexual orientation obstacle for my ingression in Dianic Nemorensis Tradition?
The members of our Tradition include heterosexuals, bisexuals and homosexuals, of both gender. We believe that your sexual preference is not an important subjects neither obstacle for participation in our Tradition. On the contrary, heteronormatives and heterosexists positionings and homophobia will not be tolerated neither encouraged. People that nourish such attitudes will not be considered for Training. The celebration and the respect to the diversity is our more important directive.

I always heard that people cannot charge for Initiations in the Craft. Why is required fees for the Training?
Many Witches wrongly believe that as our Traditions came of poor rural places, the Witches of today should continue living a lifestyle that reflect the poverty of our ancestors. Others still believe that money and spirituality do not must be mixed. And there are religions that value the poverty as an ideal to be achieved. This is not the thought of Wichcraft religion, that see money as an energy always in movement, necessary for healt, wholeness and happiness and even for that balance between spiritual and material needs. Contributing with the fees required you are not paying to be initiated in our Tradition, but giving a fair reward by the time and energy that will be give to you. The fees are NOT payments for Initiations, but an exchange by the hours that we pass elaborating stuff of reference, digitizing texts or printing Primer modules. This time would be paid if destined to professional activities. So, fairer nothing than pay those who share time and energy for teach others, in any area.
